摘　　要：高校岗位设置与聘用管理工作,事关高校事业的长远改革与发展,事关人才队伍建设的质量和水平,事关高校教职工的切身利益,因此是一项艰巨的任务,也是一项复杂的系统工程。本文就如何统一思想、提高认识、振奋精神、明确目标,建立健全高校岗位设置管理制度,实现高校人事管理的科学化、规范化、制度化,以积极的态度和扎实的工作推动高校人事管理工作进行较为全面的分析。The post arrangement and employment administration work is closely related to the long-term reform and development of colleges and universities＇ career,and to the quality and level of personnel development,and to the vital interests of university faculty.This article makes a comprehensive analysis toward how to unite thought,enhance awareness,raise the spirit,clarify the goal,establish and perfect post arrangement and realize the scientific,standardized and institutionalized personnel management in colleges and universities,and promote the personnel management work with a positive attitude and solid work.
