素质教育视野下中等职业教育吸引力研究

摘　　要：《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》中明确指出大力发展职业教育,增强职业教育吸引力;继续坚持以人为本、全面实施素质教育的战略主题。中等职业教育是高中阶段教育的重要组成部分,既担负着为社会培养高素质劳动者的职责,同时也是培养良好公民的重要路径。然而长期以来,社会各界高度重视中等职业教育的职业性,片面追求高就业率,而忽视了其教育性,从长远来看,不利于提高吸引力。本文主要从素质教育的角度对中等职业教育吸引力进行探究。In National education reform and development of long-term planning programs,It was put forward that our country should devote major efforts to developing vocational education and increase its attraction.The spirit of focusing on people and carrying on the quality education is still strategic themes.Secondary vocational education is one important part of senior secondary education.It has the duty of training the high-quality labourers and excellent citizens for our coutry.However,for a long term,our society had focused too much on its occupational function and neglected its educational function.This is bad for the secondary vocational education to increase its attraction.This paper studys the attraction of secondary vocational education from the perspective of quality education.
