摘　　要：目的:建立检测红谷霉素效价的方法。方法:采用生物量法,以金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,通过测定稳定指示菌菌悬液浓度及细菌培养基厚度参数,得到以红谷霉素标准液浓度的对数值为纵坐标,其抑菌圈直径的平方为横坐标的标准曲线。结果:得到标准曲线方程为:y=0.0031x-0.7935,R2=0.9946。结论:对生物法测抗生素效价主要影响因素量化并稳定控制后,得到重复性好的生物法测发酵液中红谷霉素效价的检测方法。Objective：To establish a method of test Honggumycin potency.Methods：Using biomass method,taking Staphylococcus aureus as the indicator bacteria,determining stability the parameter of indicator bacteria concentrations and bacterial suspension medium thickness.The standard curve by the concentration of standard Honggumycin as the vertical axis,inhibition zone diameter square as abscissa was obtained.Results：The standard curve equation：y=0.0031x-0.7935,R2=0.9946.Conclusion：After stability control and quantization of the main factors,reproducible test method of Honggumycin potency by biological fermentation was obtained.
