摘 要:对江西省5个茶区的88个茶鲜叶(新叶、老叶)样,以国标方法测定Cu、Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cr;新拟茶鲜叶限量值结合商品茶限量标准,采用改进的单因子污染指数(PI)和Nemerow综合污染指数(NIPI)对新叶重金属情况进行评价。结果显示,老叶与新叶的Cu、Pb、Hg、Cr含量均存在极显著差异,历年累积明显;分别有11.4%和6.8%的茶园新叶Cu和Cr轻度污染(2≥NIPI>1);全省Cu、Cr轻度污染,Pb为警戒水平(0.6<NIPI≤1),而Cd、As、Hg状况安全(NIPI≤0.6)。结论表明:新叶总NIPI为0.99,总体未污染,但已进入警戒水平;鲜叶应比商品茶叶拟定更严格的限量值进行评价以提高可信度。Total 88 fresh tea Jiangxi province were analyzed for leaves samples( including new leaves the contents of Cu, Pb, Cd, As, Hg and old leaves) from 5 producing district in and Cr according to relevant national standards. To determine the degree of metal contamination in new leaves, a revised pollution index (PI) for each metal and a Nemerow integrated pollution index (NIPI) of the six metals were analyzed. The results indicated that the contents of Cu, Pb, Hg and Cr were significantly different between new leaves and old leaves, showing the metal contamination accumulation with the years. Cu and Cr contraindication in new leaves was 11.4% and 6.8% respectively, which was in the range of slightly polluted level (2 ≥ NIPI 〉 1 ). The same results for the tea in whole province, with Pb (0.6 〈 NIPI ≤ 1 ) up to the precaution level. It is safe for Cd, As and Hg ( NIPI ≤ 0.6). Although the new leaves are not polluted with its total NIPI of 0.99, it reached to the precautious level. More restrict regulation for fresh tea leaves needs to be established.
