摘　　要：“80后”高校青年教师群体师德优劣并存、良莠互渗，必须遵循师德养成教育与经济社会发展、开展批评与自我批评和反思、教育教学实践、教师业务素质提高、榜样示范引导相适应、相结合原则，使他们学习了解师德内涵，着力提高师德认识；明确自己师德特点，致知内省践行，逐步养成良好师德；学习借鉴外国有益做法，陶冶自身师德。＂80s＂ group of young university teachers pros and cons of co-existence of morality, good and bad infiltration, moral education must follow economic and social development, criticism and self-criticism and reflection, education and teaching prac- tioe, teachers improve the quality of service, model demonstration and guidance to adapt the principle of combining, so that they learn about morality, ethics and strive to improve understanding; Specific characteristics of their morality, munetomo introspective practice, and gradually develop good ethics; Learn from good practices in foreign countries, cultivate their own morality.
