摘　　要：中医名词翻译混乱由来已久,从异化翻译角度对世界中医药学会联合会(简称"世中联")发布的"中医基本名词术语中英对照国际标准"(ISN)中的方剂部分所采用的翻译标准进行分析研究,发现该国际标准在翻译标准方面存在的矛盾和问题。The translation of basic nomenclature of Chinese medicine has been a chaos for a long time. By analyzing the translation principles employed in the formula part of International Standard Chinese - English Basic Nomenclature of Chinese Medicine （ISN）, the author attempts to discover contradictions and problems existing in ISN.
