民族地区高校研究生教育的思考

摘　　要：在民族地区实现教育现代化的过程中,高校教师的专业能力、工作态度和职业道德是非常重要的。在此,对改进高校教师的学位教育,逐步提高民族地区大学教师的学历和学位结构,以及民族地区硕士研究生专业课程学时数不足等进行了讨论,提出有利于实现教育现代化的相关建议。In the process of the educational modernization in the ethnic minority areas the professional abilities,attitude and ethics of the teachers in the Colleges and Universities in the areas are very important.In this paper we discussed the current situations and issues of the degree and educatonal background of the teachers and the degree education for some of them in the nationality areas.Also we discussed the curriculum hours for the students in the degree program of mathematics in the areas.Then we presented the proposals to the benefit of the educational modernization in the ethnic minority areas.
