摘　　要：文中首先介绍北部湾经济区培养高职物流紧缺人才的重要意义;其次,分析北部湾经济区培养高职物流人才面临的挑战和存在的主要问题;然后,提出北部湾经济区培养高职物流人才的原则、目标、专业技能;最后,从政府、高职院校、物流企业、物流行业组织等方面,加强北部湾经济区高职物流专业人才培养建设。This paper describes the North Bay Economic Zone to develop vocational shortage of personnel the importance of logistics;Second,analysis of the northern Gulf Economic Zone in vocational training and logistics personnel challenges facing major problems;then proposed North Bay economic zone to develop high logistics personnel staff the principles,objectives,professional skills;Finally,from the government,vocational institutions,logistics companies,logistics and industry organizations,the strengthening of the northern Gulf Economic Zone in the construction of vocational training of logistics professionals.
