摘　　要：对逐步Ⅱ型截尾下指数分布场合恒定应力加速寿命试验进行了贝叶斯统计分析,利用Gibbs抽样给出了该模型的两种Bayes估计.最后通过Monte Carlo方法对逆幂律模型进行了模拟,统计表明两种Bayes估计均是有效的.In this paper, we propose Bayesian analysis of exponential distribution with progressive Type-Ⅱcensoring sample of the constant stress accelerated life testing under CE model. Two Bayesian estimations of this model are obtained using Gibbs sampling. Finally, we demonstrate that two Bayesian estimations is effective through simulation example of inverse power model under progressive Type-Ⅱ censoring sample.
