摘　　要：实证分析了河北省产业结构发展与人力资源结构优化的关联性,明确了当前学历层次教育与产业结构的对接机制,提出在河北省当前"二、三、一"的产业结构模式下,如何调整中高等教育专业设置、人才培养模式以及优化省内人力资源配置的政教联动机制。This study makes an empirical analyzes on the relationship between the human resource structure optimization and industry structure adjustment in Hebei.The political and educational linkage mechanism on how to adjust middle-high education specialty configuration,establish talent training model and optimize provincial human resource allocation is put forward in order to match the ＂two,three,one＂ industry structure in Hebei.
