教师对教改态度倾向的经济学分析

摘  要:教育教学改革过程中,教师是一个关键群体。教师对教改的态度,关系到教改最终的成败。反思教师在教改中的情志和行为差异,重新审视我们所进行的教改,可以促进教改的顺利进行。本文从经济学的视角对教改进行了分析,论述了教改的无极限性与教改资源的稀缺性之间的矛盾等三个方面的问题,并对如何促进教改简要提出了四点建议。Teachers are a key group in the course of educational and teaching reform.And the final success of educational reform is sure to be influenced by teachers'attitude to the reform.Therefore,the reform will be promoted if we,as teachers,examine our own will and state of mind as well as the differences in action and reconsider the reform itself that is being carried on by us teachers.This paper analyzes the reform from an economic angle and discusses the contradiction between the endlessness of educational reform and the limitness of educational resources.Meanwhile,the author puts forward four brief suggestions for improving educational reform.
