摘　　要：高职教师培育过程中存在"过去、当下与未来"的矛盾、"我与他"的矛盾、"内与外"的矛盾。面向可持续发展是高职教师培育的必然方向。需要从内容、方式方法、保障机制与条件建设等方面面向可持续发展,培育高职教师。There are several contradictions in the fact of past-current and future,me and him,inner and outer in cultivating the higher vocational and technical teachers.It is inevitable to face the sustainable development in the contents,methods and the guarantee.
