摘 要:以高速动车组制动系统用防滑阀作为研究对象,通过对防滑阀工作原理的分析,建立了防滑阀的仿真模型,并对防滑阀的充风特性和缓解特性进行了仿真计算。通过仿真结果与试验指标的对比验证了仿真模型的有效性。接着基于仿真模型分析了防滑阀进出口处节流孔孔径对充风时间和缓解时间的影响。研究工作为防滑阀的优化设计提供理论参考。The anti-skid valve of brake system for railway vehicles was studied. Based on the working principle of the anti-skid valve, the simulation model was built, and the features of charging and discharging was computed. The results of simulation and test index were compared and analyzed, and they are in good agreement, which indicates the validity of the simulation model. Based on the simula- tion model, the influence of the orifices at inlet and outlet on the charging time and discharging time was analyzed. The research work provides theoretical reference to optimization design of the anti-skid valve.
