摘  要:采用酸碱法、珠磨法、酶溶法对海洋活性酵母YS-185进行破壁,并对其破壁的结果做了分析比较。结果表明:经酸碱法处理后的细胞破壁不明显,细胞基本保持原形态;珠磨法破碎程度较高,效果较好,但此种方法只适用于实验室规模的细胞破碎,且后处理工作复杂;酶溶法破壁率可达80%左右,效果较理想,在大规模生产中可以推广。The cell wall of marine yeast YS-185 was broken by three different technologies: acid-alkali method, bead- milling method and enzymatic lysis method, and theirs results were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the breakage effect of the cell wall treated with acid-alkali method was not obvious, and the yeast cells still kept their previous shape; the bead-milling method had the highest cytoclastic effect, but this method only fit for milling cell wall in laboratory for its complicated post-processing works; the cell wall breaking rate of the enzymatic lyses method could reach above 80%, and the effect was ideal. Therefore, enzymatic lysis method can be popularized in large scale production.
