大学生就业能力实证研究:基于社团参与的视角

摘　　要：从高校学生社团活动的视角分析其作为提升大学生就业能力的有效路径,并通过对322名高校学生社团成员的问卷调查,运用层级回归分析法,从实证角度考察了大学生社团参与状况(社团参与数量、投入社团时间、在社团中的身份以及社团参与质量)与其就业能力之间的关系,并提炼相关启示。The paper is aiming to discuss the workable approach toward university student’ employability training through participating varied associations.It surveys 322 association members by questionnaire to investigate the correlationship between their active participation and employability progress through using Hierarchical Regression Analysis.The author attempts to find some implications out of the empirical study.
