摘　　要：食品添加剂的安全问题越来越受到消费者的关注,世界各国对食品添加剂的使用大都采取相应的法规予以管理,并采取了诸多相关的办法来加以控制。文章对发达国家的食品添加剂的主要管理法规进行综述,探讨了如何加强我国食品添加剂的安全性管理。Peoples have paid more attention to the safety of food additives, and the most governments of all countries take the corresponding regulations and a lot of related methods to try to control the use of food additives. The regulations about food additives of the developed countries were reviewed. How to strengthen the safety management of food additives of our country were discussed.
