摘　　要：通过医学免疫学教学设计的建立,如充分认识医学免疫学的学科特点及成人教育教学目标,准确把握成人学生的免疫学实际水平及现实需求,灵活选择合理实用的教学方法,适当结合临床案例及免疫学前瞻性研究进行整体教学设计,可以有效激发成人学生的医学免疫学学习兴趣,促进讲授内容与学生原有免疫学知识的整合,增强他们应用免疫学知识解决问题的能力,拓展他们的创新思维及科研思维意识,最大限度地实现医学免疫学成人教育的教学目标,提高教学质量。Based on many factors the entire instructional design of medical immunology has been built, such as full understanding of characteristic of medical immunology and instructional objectives on adult education, precise grasping immunological actual levels and real requirements of adult students in routine work, selecting the most reasonable teaching methods, and combining with cases and immunological prospective studies. By these teaching strategies and methods, we can most effectively stimulate students＇ interest to study immunology, promote the integration of new lecture into the original immunological knowledge, enhance their ability to solve problems by using immunological knowledge freely, expand their scientific thinking capacity and innovation ability, and then achieve excellent teaching objective and better teaching quality on adult education.
