摘　　要：整合思维是一种现代思维方式,它要求在面对问题时,要综合考虑多方面的因素,善于发现和选择其中的优势因素并加以组合,形成新的系统。文章首先介绍了整合思维和外语写作教学的现状,然后探讨如何在整合思维这一理论的指导下开展外语写作教学,最后指出整合思维对外语写作教学具有重要的指导意义和教育意义。Integrative thinking is a kind of thinking pattern in modern times.It is a discipline of consideration and synthesis of two diametrically opposing ideas.It shows us a way beyond the binary limits of either-or,and a way to integrate the advantages of one solution without canceling out the advantages of an alternative solution. This article first introduces the concept of integrative thinking and describes the current situation of the teaching of EFL writing.It then discusses ways to incorporate integrative thinking into the teaching of EFL writing.The importance and significance of applying integrative thinking to the teaching of EFL writing is finally addressed.
