怀化学院幼教专业学生的专业承诺现状与分析

摘　　要：大学生的专业承诺是指大学生认同所学专业并愿意付出相应努力的积极的态度和行为。采用专业的大学生专业承诺量表对怀化学院幼教专业本科生的专业承诺现状进行调查,结果发现,幼教专业学生的专业承诺整体水平中等偏上,大一学生的专业承诺水平最高,大四学生的专业承诺水平最低;男生和女生之间,不同年级之间在专业承诺上存在显著差异。Professional commitment is positive attitude and behavior that is recognized by university students and they are willing to make corresponding efforts.The author makes an investigation of students＇ professional commitment scale of preschool education major of Huaihua University.The results show that the overall level of professional commitment of these students is relatively low and there are significant differences in both the grade and gender.
