摘  要:目的调查护理本科生自我概念与评判性思维能力的相关性,为护理本科学生评判性思维能力的培养提供参考依据。方法 2009年6月对温州医学院护理学院55名2006级护理本科生的评判性思维能力及自我概念进行调查,采用评判性思维能力测量表(chinese critical thinking disposition inventory,CTDI-CV)调查学生的评判性思维能力,采用田纳西自我概念量表(Tennessee self concept scale,TSCS)调查学生的自我概念状况。结果护理本科学生的评判性思维总分为310.65分,除评判性思维自信心外,其他6个评判性思维特质分均大于最低认可分40分;自我概念总分为242.05分,除自我批评因子外,总体自我概念及各因子的得分均较高。自我概念的总分与寻求真相、系统化能力和评判性思维总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论护理本科生有正性评判性思维能力及积极的自我概念,自我概念与评判性思维能力具相互促进的作用,故在护理教学中应注意培养学生积极的自我概念,以促进学生评判性思维能力的发展。Objective To investigate the correlation between self-concept and critical thinking in nursing undergraduates so as to provide evidence for cultivate their critical thinking capacity.Methods Fifty-five nursing undergraduates of grade 2006 were investigated on their critical thinking capacity with Chinese critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV) and self-concept with Tennessee self concept scale(TSCS) in June 2009.Results The total score of critical thinking capacity in the nursing undergraduates was 310.65.The other six characteristics of critical thinking were greater than the minimum approved score(40) except self-confidence of critical thinking.The total score of self-concept was 242.05.The scores of self-concept and individual factors were comparatively higher expcet self-criticism factor.The total score of self-concept was positively correlated with the scores of truth-seeking and systematic capacity and the total score of critical thinking(P0.05).Conclusion Nursing undergraduats have positive critical thinking skills and positive self-concept.Given the mutual reinforcing role of self-concept and critical thinking capacity,nursing undergraduates should be educated with positive self-concept to stimulate their further development of critical thinking capacity.
