成长性需求视野下的高职院校青年教师激励机制探讨

摘　　要：激励机制是当今人力资源管理的重要内容,有效的激励机制对青年教师的成长具有重要意义。借鉴西方的激励理论,在分析青年教师成长性需求特征的基础上,从建立"共同愿景"、倡导关怀激励、推行职业生涯规划、完善培训制度等方面,对如何构建基于成长性需求的高职院校青年教师激励机制进行了探讨,提出了对策和建议。As a key factor in modern HRM,an effective incentive mechanism play an important role in the growth of young teachers.Based on western incentive theories and the analysis of the features of young teachers＇ ＂growing demands＂,this essay presents solutions and suggestions on the construction of the incentive mechanism for young teachers in vocational colleges in the aspects of establishing the shared vision,advocating caring incentive,implementing career planning and perfecting the training system.
