摘 要:目的了解实习护生临床沟通能力的水平和特点。方法采用方便抽样方法抽取147名应届护理本科、高职实习生,使用一般资料问卷、实习护生临床沟通影响因素调查问卷和护生临床沟通能力测评量表进行调查。结果 78.9%的护生认为护理沟通非常重要,50.3%的护生能重视护理沟通;本科和高职护生的临床沟通能力总分为83.40±6.81和79.32±9.70;护生临床沟通能力受其对专业的热爱和对沟通的重视程度的影响,建立和谐关系和验证感受两因子受护生学历、担任学生干部、对专业的热爱、对沟通重视程度和对实习环境的满意度影响,确认患者问题因子受是否担任学生干部影响,共同参与因子受护生学历影响,传递有效信息因子受是否担任学生干部影响(均P<0.05)。结论护理教师应关注护生的需要和感受,为护生创造积极向上、和谐温暖的实习环境,提升护生对专业的热爱,针对护生特点不断提高护生的临床沟通能力。Objective To investigate the level and characteristics of nursing students' clinical communication competency. Methods To- tally, 147 interns including undergraduate students and those from vocational school, were recruited in the survey by convenient sampling and they finished the demographic questionnaire, the scale of influencing factors and the clinical communication competen- cy scale. Results Strictly, 78.9 % of the students rated clinical communication as very important, and 50.3 ~ attached great impor tance to clinical communication. Undergraduate students scored 83.40 q-6.81, and those from vocational school scored 79.32 q-_ 9.70 in clinical communication. Students' clinical communication ability were affected by their passion for nursing major and the at- tention they paid to communication. The scores of establishing rapport and verifying patients' feeling were affected by students' educational levels, whether being a student leader or not, their passion for their major, the attention they paid to communication, and their satisfaction with practicing environment. Confirming patientsr problem were affected by whether being a student leader or not, co-participation by students' educational backgrounds and transporting effective information by whether being a students lea- der or not. Statistical significance lay in the above-mentioned relations (P^0.05 for all). Conclusion Nursing teachers should pay attention to students~ needs and feelings, create good atmosphere during students~ internship, provoke studentst inte-rest in their major and improve their clinic communication competency according to students' educational background.
