摘 要:企业的竞争,实际上就是人才的竞争,尤其知识型核心员工在竞争中起到了关键作用。一旦他们的工作热情减少或他们离职,就很可能导致企业核心能力的丧失,很容易导致企业陷入困境。企业应针对知识型核心员工这一特殊群体,采取相应的管理措施,充分发挥他们的智慧,利用他们的各种技能,提高企业的核心竞争力,减少他们的离职风险。在分析知识型核心员工特征的基础上,从识别机制、激励机制、考核与约束机制、预警机制和反馈机制等方面提出了知识型核心员工的管理机制。The competition among enterprises is actually talent. In particular, the knowledge - based core staff play a keyrole. If their enthusiasm for the work reduces or they leave, enterprises will easily lose core competitiveness, and lead to trouble. Enterprises should focus on the knowledge - based core staff, and take appropriate management measures to make full use of their wisdom and skills. It can improve the enterprises' core competitiveness, and reduce risk of their leaving. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the knowledge - based core staff. From the identification mechanism, incentive mechanism, evaluation and restraint mechanisms, early warning and feedback mechanisms, it proposes the management mechanism of the knowledge -based core staff.
