摘  要:社会助学是伴随着高等教育自学考试的诞生而产生的。高等教育自学考试,是对自学者进行以学历考试为主的高等教育国家考试,是个人自学、社会助学和国家考试相结合的高等教育形式。高等教育自学考试的任务,是通过国家考试促进广泛的个人自学和社会助学活动,推进在职专业教育和大学后继续教育。社会助学是高等教育自学考试的重要组成部分,是高等教育自学考试作为一种教育形式存在的基础。本文旨在考证社会助学的产生过程,其与社会需求的关系,并进一步阐述社会助学的内涵实质。Social assistance come into being with the appearance of higher education self-taught examination. Higher education self-taught examination is a kind of national examination for high education mainly in the way of the academic examination to the self-taught,and a higher education method in the combination of self-taught, social assistance and national examination as well.The task of the self-taught examination is to promote and enhance self-taught and social assistance activities and push forward on-job professional education and after-college continuous education.Social assistance plays a very important part in higher education self-taught examination and works as a foundation of that education form.The article is to research the deriving course of the social assistance in self-taught examination,and its relationship with other social needs,and further explain the nature of social assistance.
