摘  要:国外众多有关缩有关减班级规模的研究表明,小规模班级教学存在一些潜在的教学优势。班级学生数的减少使得教师组织管理课堂的时间减少,有更多时间集中在教学上,对教学时间的分配亦不同;教师对个体学生的注意增加,更加了解学生,师生互动得以向更深层面推进;小规模班级个性化教学程度更高;学生有更多机会参与到课堂中,并且任务投入水平更高。深入分析和利用这些研究成果可以为教师更有效地进行小规模班级教学提供有益的借鉴。A lot of oversea researches on cutting short class scale indicate that small scale class teaching has some potential teaching advantages. The reduction in class size makes teacher spend less time on Class management and more time on teaching, and distribute teaching time in different way. At the same time, the reduction in class size makes teacher pay more attention to individual student,which lead to teachers more understanding about students,the deeper interaction between teachers and students,the higher degree of individuation teaching,more chances for students participating class teaching and higher level of students devotion into learning tasks. The analysis and making good use of these researching results can provide some reference for teachers to conduct small size class teaching more efficiently.
