摘  要:在课程改革中,教师的权力无疑是影响课程改革实效的至关重要的因素之一。福柯运用其独特的权力分析方法,解构了既往的权力理论并建构起自己独特的权力观。在现实课程改革权力场域中,教师的权力走入了陷阱。借用福柯的权力分析方法和权力观,课程改革的权力场域将得以重构。教师在课程改革中的权力的行使使得教师走出课程改革权力场域的陷阱。Teachers power is undoubtedly one of the key factors that influence the substantial results of curriculum reform. Michel Foucault deconstructs the past theories on power through his unique methodology of power analysis,and forms his own unique views of power. Teacher's power falls in a tram in the power field of the curriculum reform. Using Foucauk's methodology of power analysis and views of power,the power field of the curriculumreform is reconstructed. By using the power in the curriculum reform,teachers can go out of the tram of the power field of the curriculum reform.
