摘　　要：针对新余学院教学工作现状和存在的问题,学校应改变教学管理理念:重"教"还须重"学";应确立具体的教育教学理念,宣传并深入到每位学生心中;采取具体有效的教学管理制度和导学机制来助学、导学。According to the status quo and problems of Xinyu College,we think that the school should change teaching management idea,that is,both teaching and learning should stressed,the concrete education and teaching concept should be set up and publicized to each students and the effective teaching management system and learning-guided mechanism should be adopted to aid learning and guide learning.
