摘  要:卫生事业单位补充工作人员采取公开招聘、考核招聘,是卫生人事制度改革的一项重要举措。公开招聘工作人员通过笔试、面试、体检、考核等程序,可以全面测试考生的思想政治素质、遵纪守法情况、专业和技能水平、工作学习态度等方面的素质,公正选拔人才。公开招聘也扩宽了招聘渠道和范围,促进了全社会各类人才的良性流动。以某三甲综合医院为例,通过工作回顾,分析目前存在的问题,并提出几点建议。Public health institution unit adopts open recruitment and assessment of recruitment to recruit working staff, which is an important measure of personnel system reform of public health institution unit. By written examination, interview, physical examination, assessment and some other procedures, open recruitment can comprehensively test the political quality, extent of being law abiding, professional skill level, working attitude and other qualities of examinee and select talent in justice. It also broads the recritment channel and range, promotes the positive flow of all kinds of social talents. Taking a class A tertiary general hospital for exmaple, this paper analyzes present existing problem through the work reviewing, and puts forward some advices.
