摘　　要：实践教学体系是高职酒店管理专业实现培养目标的关键途径。文章通过对酒店行业的职业能力进行分析,结合高职酒店管理专业实践教学的现状,探讨了基于职业能力的实践教学体系的构建以及具体实施的方法。Practical teaching system of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges is the key way to realize the training goal. Starting from the occupation ability of hotel industry, combined with the present teaching situation of the practical teaching of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges, the paper discusses the construction of practice teaching system and the concrete implementation method.
