摘　　要：从能反映师资竞争力的教学名师、教学团队、教学成果、教研项目、科研项目等方面对江苏与全国高职院校进行比较和分析可以看出,国家示范高职院校建设不仅要注重教学名师、教学团队的建设,更要注重教学名师和教学团队对学院建设发展产生的实际效果;不仅要重视科研,更要重视科技成果的转化和为企业技术服务能力的提高。A comparative study of the competitiveness of the teachers in Jiangsu＇s higher vocational colleges and that of their counterparts revealed in their excellent teachers, teaching teams, teaching achievements, teaching research projects and academic research projects shows that in construction of a state-level exemplary higher vocational college emphasis should be laid not only on the making of excellent teachers and teaching teams but also on their practical effect on the development of the school ; not only on scientific research but also on the ability to convert the research achievements into productivity.
