摘　　要：为了创新高校主题班会,提高大学生思想政治管理水平,采用问卷调查法、比较分析法,分析了职业生涯理论与高校主题班会结合的必要性和重要性,重点论述了二者在结合过程中应该遵循的知己、知彼、规划未来三大原则,并阐述具体的实践教育内容。In order to innovate the theme class meeting of universities and improve college students＇ideological and political management level,the paper,mainly using questionnaires and comparative analysis,analyzes the necessity and importance of integrating together career theory and the theme class meeting of universities,then expounds the three principles the integrating process should follow,that is know both yourself and your opponent,planning future and finally discusses the practical education content.
