摘  要:目的:探讨以PBL教学法开展定期临床教学病例讨论并加强循证医学(EBM)引导对提高实习生临床思维能力的实践和意义。方法:每月组织一次以临床专业实习生为主体、以临床典型病例为中心的"临床教学病例讨论",评价其组织形式及效果。结果:加强了医学实习生间的合作、交流,促进医学生了解并掌握临床思维方法、"一元论"诊断原则以及循证医学的思维模式,同时也提高了学生采史、文献查询、诊断分析、交流表达等能力。结论:加强EBM导向的PBL临床教学病例讨论对培养医学生临床思维能力有明显的促进作用。[Objective]To disscuss the practising and its significance of the clinical case discussion for training medical interns' clinical thinking ability with Problem-based learning(PBL) method guided with the theory of Evidence-based medicine(EBM). [Method]FBL clinical case discussion with attentively chose clinical cases has been an important means in our clinical medical teaching since 2006.Medical Interns reported and analyzed the clinical case and teachers set up a series of problems to arouse and guide students to diagnose and analyze the case with the theory of Evidence-based medicine(EBM).[Result]Problem-based Learning(PBL) method guided with Evidence-based medicine(EBM) which emphasized that the clinical practice should be based on the best available clinical evidence in the class of interns' clinical case discussion may gain good teaching effect by stirring up medical interns' subjective motility,improving the abilities of self-study,thinking and communication which is essential to the successful teaching and training medical interns.[Conclusion]Strengthening the EBM-oriented PBL clinical case study can improve the medical students' clinical thinking ability.
