摘  要:本文运用内容分析法,从论文发表年份、研究情境、研究主题、研究视角和教师层次等五个维度,对课堂管理中教师权威研究进行分类和编码,就国内教育学界关于教师权威研究进行了比较与分析。研究发现,目前我国课堂管理中教师权威研究的热点问题主要集中在以下几个方面:教师权威的转变与重塑,各个理论视角下教师权威的发挥,从心理学视角重建教师权威,教师权威与师生冲突之间的关系,各层次教师尤其是民办学校和职业学校中教师的权威问题。Ranging from the date of publication,research situation,research topics,the perspectives of research,and the teachers' level,this paper utilizes the content analysis method to classify and code the research on teachers' authority in the classroom management.This research also compares and ananlyzes the study of teacher's authority in the domestic educational world.The research discovered that at present the topic of the teachers' authority studies in the classroom management in our country mainly concentrates on the following aspects: the transformation and rebuilding of teachers' authority,the display of teachers' authority on the basis of each rationale theory,rebuilding teachers' authority from the perspective of psychology,the relation between the teachers' authority and the conflicts of teachers and students,the problem of teachers' authority on each level,especially in privately-run schools and vocational schools.
