摘　　要：本文以建构主义教育理论、多元智能理论为依据,用激励性教学、自主性教学等策略及过程活动式、探索式学习等指导方法,实施外语素质教育,以促进外语素质教育创新。The paper,which is based on the theory of multiple intelligences and constructivist theory,discusses the new idea of quality-oriented education of foreign language teach- ing.We can use invigorative teaching strategy,autonomic teaching strategy etc and learning methods such as process activity and inquiry-learning method,to develop the students' innovative quality.
