论全校性统一的大学英语分级口语考试模式的建立

摘　　要：本文分析了我国大学英语口语教学和测试的现状,指出了高校普遍尚未提出分级的口语教学目标,也未建立起全校性统一的分级口语考试这一急需解决的问题。笔者建设性地提出了发展性的分级口语目标,论述了全校性统一的分级口语考试的设计原则、考试模式及评分办法。This thesis gives a report on the present situation of college spoken English teaching and testing to bring attention to the pressing problem that there are no respective goals for the four levels of college spoken English teaching,nor a universal progressive spo- ken English test.Here,we constructively set up the goals for the college progressive spoken English education,and elaborate on the principles of the design of the universal spoken English test,its format and its assessment criteria as well.
