摘　　要：本文就赏识教育在本科护生临床带教中的应用进行探讨,以寻求一种新的教育方法,激发她们的学习热情,转变她们的观念,以最好的心理状态投入工作,更好地完成临床实习,成为优秀护理人才。This paper analyzes the application of appreciation education in clinical teaching nursing undergraduates,aims at finding a new teaching method to inspire students' motivation for learning,to change their ideas and encourage students to throw themselves into work with the best psychological state,to fulfill the task of clinical practice better and to become excellent nursing faculty.
