摘　　要：本文分析了职业技术院校师资队伍建设存在的问题,提出了师资队伍建设要始终坚持"一个关键,一个重点,一个优势"的方针,按照产学研合作的思想,努力培养一支能力强、素质好、思想觉悟高的"双师型"教师队伍。This essay analyzed the problems existing in the building of the teaching staff of the colleges. It says that the building of the teaching staff should always persist in the principle of "one key, one emphasis and one advantage". Acting on the thought of the combination of production, teaching, and study, we should cultivate a teaching of type of dual master with excellent capability , good talent, and moral talent.
