摘　　要：发展教育,教师是根本。学校兴衰,教师素质与水平是关键。高素质的教师队伍,是高质量教育的一个基本条件。建设一支适应现代经济和社会发展的高素质教师队伍,一要拓宽高职院校师资的资源渠道;二要开拓现有高职院校教师的培训渠道。The teacher is radical in the progress of education. Teacher’s quality and level are the key factors to determine whether a school is prosperous or recessionary. A high quality teaching staff is the fundamental ingredient to obtain the high grade education. In order to build a high quality teaching staff who can adapt themselves to the modern economic and social development, we shall resolve the problem of teachers’sources firstly and perfect the teacher’s training system secondly.
