摘　　要：探究高职学生职业道德教育的新思路、新内容、新方法,增强职业道德教育的针对性和实效性,在当前显得尤为迫切和重要。通过校企合作,建立符合高职学生需要的公正团体,实施高职学生职业道德教育的新模式,可以提高学生职业道德教育的针对性和实效性,进而提高学生的就业竞争力。It’s very urgent and important to innovatively probe into vocational moral education for vocational college students and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of vocational moral education.The college-enterprise cooperation-based construction of justice groups that meet vocational college students’ need,together with the implementation of the new models of vocational moral education for vocational college students can promote the pertinence and effectiveness of vocational moral education,and in turn improve students’ employment competitiveness.
