高校辅导员专职化隐性问题探讨

摘　　要：高校辅导员工作中出现的问题,是整个教育制度的薄弱环节,是教育制度和经济转型当中未来得及完善的部分。许多解决的方法指向了"专职化"道路,专职化给兼职辅导员混乱的现状和出现的种种缺漏和隐患提供了解决的思路。但是,专职化的道路并非一劳永逸,在现实可操作性方面受到教育体制和观念意识的阻碍;专职化并非完美无瑕,兼职也并非全是弊病。只有细化分工、专兼结合,才能科学地解决高校辅导员工作的问题。There arise a series of problems on the part of the counselors in colleges,which is the weak links in the entire educational system of the China waiting to be consolidated in educational system and economic transformations.Many solutions has been directed to full-time approach,which provides a solution for the chaotic situations and various omissions and hidden trouble on the part of part-time counselors.Due to obstacle in education system and concept consciousness,full-time approach is not perfect,nor is part-time approach the subject of criticism.The scientific approach to solve problems on the part of counselors in colleges is by detailed division of responsibilities and combination of full-time approach with part-time approach.
