摘　　要：引入指数有界C－半群的不变及容许子空间的概念，获得了指数有界C－半群的不变及容许子空间的特征刻划，其结果包含强连续半群的相应结果。Introduce concepts of the invariant and drissible supspaces of the exponentiall baunded C-semigroups, the chunterization of the invariant and admissible supssaces of the expoentiall bounded C-semigroups are obtained and the corresponding results of the expontiallg boudnded C-semigroups are than generalized.
