摘　　要：本文运用任意体上的矩阵的广义{1}逆,给出了任意体上矩阵方程AXB+CYD=0的通解表达式及其仅有零解的一个充要条件。An expression of general solution of the matrix equation AXB+CYD = 0 over an arbitrary skew field F is derived by using generalized inverses of matrices over F, and a necessary and sufficient condition for the only zero solution of the equation is also given.
