摘　　要：利用矩阵的若当标准形证明了，若数域Ｐ上ｎ级矩阵人的最小多项式是Ｐ上互素的一次因式的乘积，则人与对角矩阵相似，从而给出了关于矩阵对角化一个定理的另一证明。It is shown in terms of Jordon standard forms of matrices that that if the minimumpolynomial of a n× n matrix A over a nutnber field P is a product of relatively prin1e polyno-mials of degree 1 then A and a diagonal matrix are similar.So a new proof of a Theorem ondiagonalization of matrices is given.
