硒对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：近年来微量元素对机体的作用已越来越受重视,市场上也出现了不少含微量元素的食品和药物。硒是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的基本成分,对机体有多方面的作用。硒对机体免疫功能也有作用。缺硒可导致血凝抗体降低。对羊红细胞免疫应答反应降低,机体对疾病的抵抗力降低。In this paper we studied the influence of selenium on immune function in nor- mal mice.The experimental results showed that: When then the mice were administered ip with 50 um sodium selenite(Na2SeO3)at the do- ses of 0.5 ml mouse per day for 2C-30d,the phagoylosis of the peritoneal macrophages was markedy promoted,but the specific antibody production,the number of mature T-lymphocyte in the peripheral blood,the delayed-type hyperseneitivity(DTH)response were not markedly affected.When thhe same mice were administered ip with 100 um Na2SeO3 at the doses of 0.5 ml mouse per day for 2C-30d,the specific antibody production was markedly inhibited. According to the results,we consider,only under the Se deficient condition,supplying Se has the physiological significance.
