摘　　要：Mediators can mimic the biological activities of insulin in the cell-free system, such as regulating the activities of insulin sensitive enzyme, and the biological activities of insulin in the intact cell system, such as regulating the cAMP level, adenylate cyclase activity, antilipolysis and lipogenesis, suggesting that insulin mediators might be the second messenger of insulin action.
