硫酸锌与阿斯匹林对大鼠胃粘膜影响的实验研究

摘　　要：给大鼠以阿斯匹林糊状液100mg/kg,硫酸锌溶液10mg/kg,同时及先后分别间隔15分钟灌胃给药,5小时后观察胃粘膜损伤程度。结果同时给药及先给阿斯匹林再给硫酸锌的大鼠胃粘膜损伤指数明显降低(66.69％),差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结果提示:为了减轻临床上应用阿斯匹林所引起的胃肠道副作用,可同时及15分钟后服用硫酸锌以起保护作用。Poured into rat's stomach with zine sulfate (10mg/kg of weight) and pasty aotution of aspirin (100mg/kg of weight), simultanously or intervals of 15 min, the damage of atomach mucosa was observed affer 5 hours. The reaults showed that the damage index of experimental group, which was given aspirin simultanously and first, strikingly reduced (66.69%),significant differences exist between them (p<0.01) . the report suggests that taking a small amount of zine sulfate with aspirin simultanous and intervals of 15 rain, can reduce the damage of stomach mucosa due to aspirin.
