摘　　要：高校班主任与学生的接触最为频繁。在广泛而密切的交往中,耳濡目染、潜移默化,对学生健全人格的形成、学生的成长和成才产生最为持久而深刻的影响。因此,要把班主任工作做好,需要具备高尚的道德、精专的学识和积极的态度等素质。The contact between university teachers in charge of a class and students is the most frequent.With widespread and close contact,it will have most lasting and the profound influence on the student＇s perfect personality formation,student＇s growth.Therefore,the teacher charging in the university should be the human who fills the noble moral,professional knowledge and positive attitude in order to do a good job.
