浅议市场导向的高等职业教育质量观

摘　　要：高等职业教育具有高等教育和职业教育双重属性,其主要任务是培养生产、建设服务和管理第一线需要的高端技能型专门人才。高职院校要遵循高职的办学规律,树立科学的高职教育质量观,以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走特色和内涵发展道路,逐步形成育人特色,以市场需求为导向,依托行业和区域经济发展,培养区域行业企业"留得住、用得上、上得去"的人才。Higher vocational education has dual attribute of higher education and vocational education,whose main task is to train high-skilled first line professionals for production,service and management.Vocational colleges should be based on vocational education principles,establish the scientific concept of quality view,aiming at service and orienting to employment,leading to the characteristic and content development path,and gradually forming a feature of educating people to market demand,relying on industry and regional economic development,traing retainable,applicable and ready talents for regional industries and enterprises.
