摘　　要：为了对整个合作专业所学课程进行综合运用,同时也为了提升合作学生对口就业竞争力、就业率,我院建立了软件人才实训基地。本文介绍了软件工程专业实训基地的建设及基地实训的过程和管理,对于提高学生的职业素质和专业技能有很大帮助,对研究型大学如何培养工程型高端软件人才进行了探索和实践,是计算机类教学改革的一次尝试。In order to synthetically employ the skills that learn from the courses and improve the employability and employment rate of students in our co-operated teaching style,we established the software personnel training base.The article describes the establishment and management of software engineering training base,which is conducive to enhance the professional quality and skill of our students and explore the way that how universities to develop high level software engineering person.It is an attempt of teaching reform of computer science and this article introduces the experience of our exploration in our department.
