摘　　要：针对当前计算机硬件类专业人才缺乏的现象,以及高校在计算机硬件类人才培养中存在的"欺软怕硬"问题,阐述硬件类人才培养现状及问题存在的原因,从计算机硬件类课程体系、实践环节、学科竞赛方面提出计算机硬件类人才培养的改革思路,希望与同行探讨。The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reason for the current situation that there are not enough computer hardware engineers, and the problem that the universities do not pay enough attention to computer hardware education. After that, a set of revolution solutions, including the computer hardware course system, practice link, and subject contest, are introduced.
